Gifts and Glory.com first priority is product safety and quality. All products are inspected and receive the required certification.Gifts and Glory.com warrants its products to be free of manufacturers defect for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty excludes any issues relating to misuse, crash damage, improper care or normal wear and tear. In case the warranty is not valid, Gifts and Glory.com offers you one of the following options:

1.      Purchase a new toy at special discounted replacement price including shipping charge.

Details:

·         Your gifts and glory.com toy was purchased within the last six months, and it is no longer working.

·         You have the original receipt and packaging or you have the original receipt and have retained the proof of purchase UPC code from the packaging. Cobra Toys will confirm if your purchase qualifies for this service, and send you a replacement at the special discounted price.

2.      Gifts and Glory.com can fix the returned toy, customer would be charged with the cost of replacement part and $10 service fee plus shipping.
